On Monday night, the Miami Heat defeated the Atlanta Hawks 130-128 at home in Florida.
Before the game, the team made a roster move by assigning Nikola Jovic to the G League.
Via Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel: "The Heat have assigned Nikola Jovic to the G League Sioux Falls Skyforce."
Jovic was the 27th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft this past summer, and is averaging 5.5 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest in 15 games.
He has also played in two G League games with averages of 8.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per contest.
